SoC Capstone Overview (UG)

EPICS staff members play a significant role in teaching a career-related course called SoC Capstone (CMN 398), which is a culminating school-wide requirement that empowers students to holistically reflect upon what they have learned and how they have grown through their experiences of coursework, internships, research, independent studies, employment, personal experience, creative and co-curricular activities. The course is open to juniors and seniors. The requirement can be satisfied by several Northwestern undergraduate courses that meet the capstone learning objectives; be sure to meet with your SoC academic advisor to discuss.

There is also a lab component where students will gain exposure to tools and techniques essential for specific industries/fields and aligned by Career Communities.
